I assume yes since none of the cards states I cannot increase my votes

very short report of a small tournament run in Paris :
10 players clashed on saturday, August 7th in Paris. We didn't expect much
attendance in august but a little tournament is good training for our
upcoming national championship in Lyon, at the end of the month.
A miserable 0GW 2VP was enough to make it to the final.

What do you do with a clan with random discipline spread that you
can't even find at superior much? Play mostly disciplineless combat
and bleed, of course.

I haven't seen a post about the July 24 Great Lakes Regional Qualifier
- Milwaukee so I'll start one. This qualifier was run by David Robins
at HobbyTown USA in New Berlin. An excellent location for me, since my
parents live in New Berlin I was able to drop off my 4 month old
daughter and both my wife and I were able to play in the qualifier.

The North American Championship for VTES will take place at the Grand
Masquerade, a gathering of White Wolf fans from all game lines.
