I figured I should take the lead and post the first deck for this section.

It is a fun vote deck I made. The Ventrue! are hard to make because of their lack of stealth in any fashion. The Toreador at least have the Grand Ball. This deck is luck intensive at the moment. When your preying on an intercept deck then you will be dead in the water. Kiss of Ra would be a good card to add in to try and get around the intercept problem, and turn it into a power vote deck. If there is no intercept you can come out pretty if you manage to get a voter lock. This deck is not exactly tournament ready yet. It has potential, and the Force of Will + Foreshadowing Destruction combo cannot be overlooked. It has won games because of it. Not as sexy as my Lasombra Hyperdrive, but after some tinkering, and a good name, it should be effective.

I think you must currently play in a low vote area. With 10 copies of the same vote, Delaying Tactics will destroy your turn.

I would highly recommend diversifying your vote cards, so that you don't have to sit on your hands when the very common Delaying Tactics enters your playgroups repertoire.

I would also recommend against using a single copy of Zillah's Valley. You will not reliably get it when you are trying to influence minions into play. If you aren't going to play 5-6, then more copies of Information Highway are a better choice. Especially since you can play the IH to contest someone else's at any point in the game, at no significant cost to yourself (i.e. plan to let it go, unless it is controlled by your predator or prey).

I believe that you will find Cardinal Benediction easier to pass then the Crusade's. Owain, Dominique, Blackhorse Tanner, and Joseph O'Grady can all benefit from it.

I would also recommend Wanderer's Counsel's Akunanse Newsletter, that discussed vote decks.

You are missing a few tricks that can help the Ventrue Antitribu succeed even in a title heavy environment.

Powerbase: Rome and Madrid instead of the Fortitude master cards were be a good start.

Cryptic Rider will be exceptionally good in this type of deck, if you can negotiate a first vote thru, the next will pass automatically. Since you have no Vote Captivation and almost no vote push ability, others will be more likely to deal with you to pass your first votes. Cryptic Rider also works exceptionally well after a Cardinal Benediction.

Did you consider a few copies of Hall of Hades' Court for surprise vote push? Any of your minions with dominate could pull two more votes out to surprise the table and make that important ousting vote pass.

I am a little surprised to see Elder Intervention in your deck. Usually intercept that specific that costs blood doesn't belong in a deck that has access to bleed bounce. I am of the opinion that they should definitely both be Deflections.

Did you consider diversifying your crypt to include non-Ventrue Antitribu with titles and the correct disciplines?

Ladislas Toth, The Torch and Velya, The Flayer would both fit in very well, with their Auspex and Fortitude.

With your current crypt, I would be inclined to add Crocodile's Tongue, before Kiss of Ra. There are an amazing number of vampires with fortitude these days (391 of 1167).

    Thanks for the comments.

You are right, I am in a vote-light environment. A new playgroup means I try not to make overpowering decks and scare away the new players. But other than that I actually do not have the massive collectons like other people, since I just finished my university degree.

I do have Powerbase: Rome and Madrid but I do not like them very much. Having my vote counters suddenly removed at the blink of an eye could derail the entire deck if I am relying on them alot. Plus, in my experience, people will go upstream if needed to hate out someone, ally or not at the time.

Although adding in other vampires with AUS and FOR and a title would be more effective, since they are from a different clan it would not have the feel of being a Ventrue! deck. I build decks around flavour, for good or bad, and it would feel like a mixed deck rather than a Ventrue! deck.

The Zillah's Valley is there because I only have a limited supply of Info Highways, and too many decks built to run more than 1 each. But I do not believe I should add in more than 2 Zillah's Valley. 6, as you suggested, sounds way too extreme. And if I were going to add 6 of a card in the deck, having 6 Info Highways would sound more efficient, and less costly in this deck.

No one plays Delaying Tactics around here, not even the more experience of us. It just never took off for some reason.

I like the tips and tricks you mentioned. Keep them coming.
